Zelenskyy said that after his Monday meeting, Ukraine’s diplomatic and military reps will stay for a Tuesday sit-down with a U.S. delegation.
“The Ukrainian team will include Andriy Yermak, Andrii Sybiha, Rustem Umerov, and Pavlo Palisa,” he wrote.
“On our side, we are fully committed to constructive dialogue, and we hope to discuss and agree on the necessary decisions and steps. Ukraine has been seeking peace from the very first second of this war. Realistic proposals are on the table. The key is to move quickly and effectively.”
Ukrainska Pravda earlier reported, citing sources, that the delegation would feature Yermak, Sybiha, First Deputy Prime Minister and Economy Minister Yulia Svyrydenko, and Palisa.
The Ukrainian delegation’s visit on March 11 will see talks with a U.S. team including National Security Adviser Mike Waltz, Middle East Special Representative Steven Witkoff, and Secretary of State Marco Rubio. No Russians will attend. Radio NV sources said a minerals deal could be signed on March 11.
